Unlike other small business offerings, iCIMS NOW is built on the same great platform that our medium-sized and enterprise clients are using. Rather than force small clients onto a different technology, we simply scaled down our platform to suit small businesses so you can get up and running quickly and easily.

Can I scale from iCIMS NOW to the iCIMS Talent Platform in the future?

Absolutely. If you decide you want a fully configured platform or also want to use the system for expanded talent acquisition solutions like Career Site SEO or Onboard, you can upgrade to the iCIMS Talent Platform. This comes with a full implementation, complete with configurations, to make the platform just right for your needs.

How much does iCIMS NOW cost?

The core iCIMS NOW package is only $299 per month and includes the applicant tracking system, a career site, one recruitment user and up to 10 hiring manager users. We can easily provide additional recruiter users for $89/user/month and additional hiring manager users for only $10/user/month. What's the implementation process for iCIMS NOW?

After you purchase iCIMS NOW online, we'll send you instructions on getting your career site linked to your corporate website. That's it! You'll log into your iCIMS NOW database through a secure web address using the login and password we send you via email.

Can I have a branded career site?

Yes. iCIMS NOW will provide you with a fully branded career portal that matches the look and feel of your company website. There is no extra charge for this service. Check out some examples of our current clients' branded pages here.
